Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy for orders delivered to European countries.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to selected countries within Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

2. Shipping Carrier

All European orders are shipped via Japan Post.

3. Shipping Fee

  • Express Delivery: ¥3,500

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Public holidays in Japan

  • Peak shopping seasons

  • Severe weather or transportation disruptions

  • High order volume periods

5. Delivery Time

Estimated transit times begin after the order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs clearance

  • Local postal service operations

  • Seasonal delays or strikes

6. Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to:

  • Import VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Handling or brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are unable to predict or control these charges.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Please allow some time for tracking updates after dispatch.

8. Lost, Stolen, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, arrives with missing items, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the marked delivery date.

  • Include your order number, photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged items (if applicable).

  • We will assist in opening an investigation with Japan Post when necessary.

  • Replacement, refund, or other resolutions will be reviewed based on the situation and available evidence.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost after delivery.

  • Minor wear to outer packaging caused during transit that does not affect the product itself may not qualify for compensation.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in failed delivery or loss.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Paying applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees

  • Monitoring tracking updates

  • Receiving the parcel in accordance with local delivery procedures

  • Inspecting the package upon arrival

  • Contacting local customs or postal authorities when required

10. Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unpaid customs charges

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and reshipping costs.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order.
